COMMON QUESTIONS

What would you like to know?

Mind Nourish is a health and wellbeing business built around practical ideas for rebuilding yourself physically and mentally.

I cover grief, nutrition, health and wellbeing through talks, workshops, 1-to-1 sessions, books, articles, videos and other resources.
Mind Nourish was founded by Peter Thomas.

Much of the work grew from my own experience of grief and rebuilding my life after losing my wife. That experience led me to explore nutrition, health, fitness, habits, wellbeing and the practical things that can help us move forward when life changes.

You can read more on the About page.
The main Mind Nourish areas are:

Grief — coping with loss, rebuilding life and moving forward without pretending difficult experiences simply disappear.

Nutrition — practical ideas around food, eating habits and making healthier choices.

Health — movement, fitness, sleep, habits and looking after your physical health.

Wellbeing — mindset, purpose, resilience and building a life that feels healthier and stronger.
Yes. I offer talks for businesses, organisations, community groups and events.

Talks can cover subjects such as grief and work, rebuilding after major life changes, nutrition, physical and mental wellbeing, resilience, habits and finding purpose.

See the Work With Me page or get in touch to discuss what you need.
Yes. Workshops are more interactive than talks and can include discussion, reflection, practical exercises, behaviour-change ideas and Q&A.

They can be tailored for workplaces, community organisations and smaller groups.
Yes. I offer 1-to-1 sessions for people who want a supportive, structured conversation around grief, health, habits, food, fitness, motivation or rebuilding their life.

These sessions are practical and conversational. They are not about me telling you how to live. The aim is to help you think things through, identify useful changes and decide what your next steps might be.
No. Mind Nourish 1-to-1 sessions are not counselling, psychotherapy or medical treatment.

They are practical wellbeing conversations based around reflection, habits, lifestyle, lived experience and helping you identify useful ways forward.

If you need clinical mental health support, medical advice or specialist bereavement therapy, you should speak to an appropriately qualified professional.
Grief is one of the central parts of Mind Nourish because it is where much of my own journey began.

I share practical ideas, personal experience and resources that may help people understand and navigate grief.

You can also download my free grief guide or explore The Grief Kitchen.
The Grief Kitchen is a book about grief, food and learning to look after yourself when life feels difficult.

It grew from my own experience of losing my wife and having to learn how to cook, eat better and rebuild everyday routines.

You can learn more on the Grief Kitchen page.
Yes. Mind Nourish includes books, guides, articles, videos and other practical resources around grief, health and wellbeing.

You can browse the Books section or read the latest articles.
Mind Nourish also has a small range of wellness products, including mushroom tinctures.

These are now part of the wider Mind Nourish offering rather than the main focus of the business.

You can see current products in the shop.
Mind Nourish provides general wellbeing, lifestyle and educational information.

Nothing on the site, in a talk, workshop, book or 1-to-1 session should be treated as individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

If you have a medical condition, take medication or have specific dietary or health concerns, speak to an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Pricing depends on what you need.

Talks and workshops can vary depending on the audience, length, location and level of preparation required. 1-to-1 sessions have their own pricing.

Please contact me with a little information about what you're looking for and I can give you the appropriate options.
Yes. In most cases I would expect to adapt the content to the audience rather than deliver an identical session everywhere.

If you tell me about your organisation, audience and what you want people to take away from the session, we can work out an appropriate approach.
Mind Nourish is based in the UK.

I can work with people and organisations both in person and online, depending on the type of session or event.
